The person holding or possessing the transport document is accountable for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during its acquisition and reflected in the document. Only individuals in possession of a valid transport document (ticket and/or boarding pass) are permitted to board. The passenger must possess the necessary documentation according to current regulations and may be asked by the Company's personnel to demonstrate compliance with said regulations.

If travelling with an infant, a baby bag will be allowed with their food, drink and items necessary for the journey). An additional fee for excess baggage may be levied according to the commercial policy at the time of the journey. The Company will specify the location on the ship where the luggage will be carried. The Company declines all responsibility for the carriage of valuables. Carrying objects of illicit trade is prohibited, as are articles and/or dangerous goods included in the I.M.D.G. code or any other regulations or similar protocol that is applicable to the transport of objects by passengers.

To use the ticket on a future date or alternate time, it is necessary to change the booking or ticket, unless explicitly specified in the rate's specific terms and conditions. Additional charges may be applied to changes based on the current commercial policy, contingent upon the nature of transport and/or fare involved.
SEVENTH: No claim will be accepted that is not accompanied by the valid ticket or boarding pass that remains in the possession of the passenger, accepting all the conditions that appear on them or that they accepted by having used it as a transport ticket. To be valid, all claims must be made in writing and presented either onboard the ship or at the Company's offices, either during or at the conclusion of the trip. NINTH: Unless specified otherwise on the ticket, passengers are generally required to be present for boarding at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the ship. This is the latest acceptable boarding time. That is, boarding will be closed 5 minutes before the official scheduled departure time stated on the transport ticket, and no further passengers will be permitted to board after that time. All passengers holding valid tickets must board before this time. If passengers fail to meet these deadlines for reasons beyond the Company's control, their reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the Company will not be held liable for denying the passenger boarding. Passengers who arrive late and are denied boarding will not be eligible for a refund. If a passenger is late and misses a service, the Company cannot be held liable. Additionally, the Company is not obligated to delay any service or provide a seat on another vessel to accommodate passengers who miss their booked carriage. The Company will not assume liability for any lost or stolen transport tickets and is not obligated to replace or reissue them or reimburse their cost. The Company reserves the right to deny carriage to any individual who seems intoxicated or under the influence of illicit drugs, or whose conduct is deemed a potential risk to the safety of the Captain, the crew, or other passengers. The ticket will not be refunded in any of these circumstances.
TENTH: In order to embark, individuals are required to provide a valid transport document, and the Company reserves the right to verify the identity of the document holder, including their personal information, by inspecting the passenger's personal documentation. This independent of any verification that may be conducted by the Authorities.
ELEVENTH: No agent, employee, or representative of the Company shall have the authority to change, amend, or waive any provisions in this contract unless they are explicitly authorised or mandated to do so and are empowered to make decisions that affect the Company. The Company's exclusion or limitation of liability applies and benefits its agents, employees, and representatives, as well as any person or entity whose vessel the Company uses for carriage, along with their respective agents, employees, and representatives.
TWELFTH: Under the relevant legal requirements, domestic animals can only be transported in designated areas of authorised ships. However, visually impaired individuals may be accompanied by their guide dogs in compliance with specific regulations. During the animals' stay on board, the owners are responsible for their custody and maintenance.
