Regardless of whether the verification was positive at the time of booking, you must show an original and valid identification document on boarding; without it you will not be allowed to board the ship.
The necessary documents proving identity, valid for verification through the digital system implemented by the Administration for applying the corresponding discount and boarding pass are:
For Spanish citizens: Valid ID or passport.
For citizens of the Member States of the European Union or of the other signatory States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area or Switzerland: Valid ID or passport, and original valid NIE.
Children under 14 without ID or passport: the City Council certificate.

For non-nationals who are long-term residents: Current foreigner identity card, which must state their status as a long-term resident.
In any case, we recommend you carry the certificates of registration or residence in the corresponding municipalities in case the Administration’s digital confirmation fails.

When passengers with reduced mobility purchase tickets at the ticket office or online, we recommend that they notify the Company's staff, at least 24 hours in advance, of the special conditions that they need, so that both the ground staff and the ship’s crew can facilitate access to the ship, assist in their passage on board and their disembarkation so the passengers can enjoy the journey on equal terms with the other passengers on the trip.
However, the Company cannot ensure that places are available for people with disabilities, unless notified at least 24 hours in advance.
When purchasing their ticket, passengers requiring special assistance will be asked be to sign a request. In this way, both the people prepared to accompany the ship at the shore terminal, and the crew members assigned to accompany the passengers on the trip, will have a list of all the people who will require their services so they can prepare the best possible assistance.
Before booking online or through an agency passengers should describe their reduced ability (visual or hearing impairment, mobility difficulties, etc.) and the type of assistance needed. At the time of boarding, passengers should approach our shore staff or on board who will attend them properly and inform them of the way to proceed (boarding may be before or after the other passengers, depending on the circumstances).
